Kaplan-Meier plots of disease-specific survival (DSS) across clusters found by a multi-modal dataset, b multi-omics dataset, c colotype gene signatures, and d consensus molecular subtypes. The multi-modal and multi-omics datasets are able to identify an all-surviving cluster of patients with high significance.
