Using iPSC-derived forebrain neurons, we evaluated the effects of ETS-1 modulation on GABA production using real-time quantitative PCR. For each gene, mRNA expression were normalized to that of GAPDH, and expression in the control group was set to 1. A GAD65 mRNA expression in the forebrain neurons overexpressing exogenous ETS-1 (n = 3). B GAD65 mRNA expression in forebrain neurons with suppressed endogenous ETS-1 expression (n = 3). C GAD67 mRNA expression in the forebrain neurons overexpressing exogenous ETS-1 (n = 3). D GAD67 mRNA expression in forebrain neurons with suppression of endogenous ETS-1 expression (n = 3).
