Paratyphi A OPS. MS/MS spectrum of singly charged ions at m/z 1970.78+ contained the pentapeptide SAGVA (m/z 404.21+) and a peptide linked with sugars. The peptide and glycopeptide fragment ions were identified (shown in the inset)
