GP of the LASV lineages I, II, IV, V, and VII or LCMV were vectorially expressed in Vero E6 cells. After fixation, cell monolayers were incubated with the rabbit immune sera Rb#347_D77 and Rb#350_D77, or, as a control, the human monoclonal antibody 37.7H, and analyzed by indirect immunofluorescence microscopy. Cell nuclei were visualized with DAPI, and merged images are shown. Scale bars, 20 µm.
