H16.001 and HRP-H16.001 (a), H16.8A9 and HRP-H16.8A9 (b), H16.V5 and HRP-H16.V5 (c), and H16.4G12 and HRP-H16.4G12 (d) were, respectively, used as capture antibody and detection antibody. The absorbance values were indicated on the Y-axis, and antigen concentrations were indicated on the X-axis. Each data point was the mean of two separate experiments. Y1.16, and Y2.16 were derived from yeast expression system. E1.16 and E2.16 were derived from E. coli expression system. I1.16 was derived from insect cell expression system.
