Groups of 10 C57BL/6 mice were vaccinated with 50 μg CCHFV-M10200 or empty vector on days 0, 21, and 42 by IM-EP. a Group survival and (b) weight change of CCHFV-M10200 vaccinated mice following CCHFV challenge with 100 PFU by the IP route with the homologous CCHFV-IbAr 10200 strain. Vaccinated C57BL/6 mice were transiently immunosuppressed prior to challenge. ****p < 0.0001. The percent survival p value was determined by a log rank test.
