Thermostable LAIV was stored at 25 °C and 37 °C, and liquid LAIV was stored at −80 °C for up to 52 weeks. T-LAIV was reconstituted with 1 ml PBS and infectious titer was determined by titration in embryonated chicken eggs. T-LAIV stability at each time point was compared to liquid LAIV stored at −80 °C (black circles). Two-way ANOVA: *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ****p = 0.0001; ns, not significant.
