Human monocyte-derived dendritic cells (MoDCs) were infected with 2 MOI of DelNS1-LAIV or wild-type A/Hong Kong/415742/2009 (pH1N1) at 33 °C. Cell lysates were collected 6 and 24 hours post infection (hpi). a Viral M gene mRNA copies in MoDCs determined by real-time RT-PCR. b Relative expression levels for interferon-α, -β, -γ; c Pro-inflammatory cytokines/chemokines. d Dendritic cell co-stimulatory molecules expression were also determined by real-time PCR.
