Sera from each animals were analyzed in triplicate, and the y-axis represents the geometric mean of ELISA units with 95% confidence interval. Black arrows indicate the days of vaccination; red arrows indicate the days of SMFA. EU for the high-dose group of Pfs230D1-EPA was significantly higher than that for the low-dose group; p = 0.032 by GEE analysis.
