Dunkin-Hartley guinea pigs (N = 5 per group) were vaccinated with the MVA-SUDV vaccine IM either once (prime group) or twice (prime/boost group) at 29 days interval while the control group received PBS (not shown). Serum collected on days 27 and 54 was assessed for humoral responses. On day 56, all animals were challenged IP with guinea pig-adapted SUDV. Blood was collected on day 27 post vaccination and on the indicated days post challenge to assess humoral responses and vaccine efficacy. Figure partially created on BioRender.com.
