Anti-T. cruzi total IgG, IgG1, and IgG2a levels after repeated administration of DKO culture-derived metacyclic trypomastigotes in immuno-competent mice (left panels) and also in animals which underwent single DKO inoculation (right panels). Total WT parasite lysates were used as antigen to test serum antibodies using ELISA. Sera were compared using 1:100 dilution. N = 5 for each analysis and the mean values and SD are shown for each. One-way ANOVA using Dunnett’s post test was used and P values are: **<0.01, ***<0.001.
