  1. The lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) for the assay used to assess S. sonnei bactericidal titers after LPS-specific antibodies depletion was an inhibition concentration 50 (IC50) of 33. Titers below the LLOQ were set to half that limit for the purpose of the analysis.
