Mice were vaccinated with three doses of homocitrullinated peptides mixed with the adjuvants CpG and MPLA and responses assessed against Hcit peptides (B, E), Hcit and wt peptides (C, F) or Hcit peptides in presence of CD4 or CD8 blocking antibodies (D, G) by IFNγ ELISpot assay.
