a Scheme of BALB/c mice s.c. immunization with either HEPES buffer, empty liposomes, free Cht3:Sap2 (1:9), or DMCS (liposomes with Cht3:Sap2), and i.v. infection with C. albicans. Infection progressed similarly in the HEPES buffer and empty liposome groups (P = 0.5786), so they were combined in the Control group for clearer comparison and representation.
