We apply Jenks natural classification on the z-score of our Getis-ord’s Gi* local spatial autocorrelation statistic. Negative z-score indicate clusters of low values, and positives of high values. For both risk estimate and its uncertainty, we take positive z-score indicating hotspots (of failures) and negative as coldspots.
