  1. In total, 154 clinical samples (81 positive and 73 negative) were analysed for both lateral-flow and fluorescence readouts for clinical validation of SHERLOCK. An additional 380 clinical samples collected as part of pre-operative assessment of surgical patients at Siriraj Hospital, Bangkok during May 2020 were further analysed using the fluorescence readout of SHERLOCK. The LoD of SARS-CoV-2 S gene by SHERLOCK was at Ct < 33.5 (Fig. 2). N/A, not applicable.
