(6.3 – 7.3 min). Progress was monitored by UV absorbance at 254 nm (red channel), 210 nm (purple channel), and radioactivity (green channel). HPLC column: Synergi Hydro-RP C18 column (10 μm, 250 × 10 mm, 80 Å) (Phenomenex, Torrance, CA) under isocratic flow of a mobile phase consisting of 35:65 ethanol:acetate buffer (0.2 M acetic acid/0.05 M sodium acetate) at 4.7 mL/min.
