The step-by-step reasoning process of DrugGPT demonstrating how the system processes a clinical case. The Inquiry Analysis LLM extracts key drugs and symptoms from the patient case, the Knowledge Acquisition LLM gathers relevant information about each medication option, and the Evidence Generation LLM synthesizes this knowledge to select NSAIDs as the most appropriate treatment. The disease knowledge ‘Rheumatoid Arthritis’ is accurately identified based on the presented symptoms.
