We analysed RFP::PACT (red) that marks BBs and some centrosomal components, such as Anti-BLD10 and ANA1 antibodies (blue). Insets marked 1 show the region around BBs, while insets marked 2 show cell bodies with accumulation of GFP (either SAS6 or ANA2 or both of them). These experiments were repeated independently thrice displaying similar results. Scale bars represent 1 µm.
