Fcho1 is unlabeled. Total protein concentration is held at 7 μM while Fcho1:Eps15 ratio is varied. Droplets are formed from (a) 7 μM Eps15, (b) 0.1 μM Fcho1, 6.9 μM Eps15, and (c) 0.2 μM Fcho1, 6.8 μM Eps15. See Source Data Extended Data Fig. 3.
