MAPT was induced in the indicated cells, which were subsequently treated with increasing concentrations of ITU. Anti-pan-tau and anti-OLLAS ( = 4R reporter) immunoblot analysis showed a concentration-dependent inclusion of exon 10 in both unmodified HEK293T and EXSISERSMAPT:10NLuc-11FLuc cells (dephosphorylated cell lysates). Data shown for unmodified HEK293T cells or EXSISERS lines represent 3 or 4 independent experiments with similar results, respectively.
