(n = 6 mice per group). Tumour volumes (a) and tumour weights (b) upon autopsy on day 15 were calculated. (c) Relative lipid peroxidation in tumour cells isolated from B16-PKCβII-KO-Vector or B16-PKCβII-KO- PKCβII tumours. (d-g) The percentage of TILs for each group was calculated. The mean±s.d. are shown; n = 6 biologically independent mice. Statistical analysis was performed using an unpaired two-tailed t test.
