Lysates from Fig. 4b were used for IB with anti-Flag antibody to verify ectopic hCTR1 expression or Tubulin antibody (loading control)(A). RNA samples were used for real time qPCR analysis to measure bovine CTR1 mRNA (B). These data suggest successful knockdown of bovine CTR1 in BAEC with expression of various human CTR1 constructs.
