Masked Spearman Correlation was excluded for the 100k dataset. C) Multi-view learning of cell-type spatial patterns across a range of views. RAM Usage is not shown as it was relatively constant at ~2,900MB ( ± 100MB) across views. D) Multi-view factor analysis used to identify intercellular programmes across a range of cell-type pairs (views).
