Deconvoluted confocal microscopy images of untreated or 24 h DFP-treated HeLa cells in the presence or absence of a ULK1 inhibitor. All cells were depleted for PPTC7, which activates a low level of mitophagy in untreated cells but boosts mitophagy profoundly in DFP-treated cells – aiding in the visualisation of mitophagy.
