Extended Data Table 1 Physical parameters of repeat-expansion CAG condensates

From: Water-detected NMR allows dynamic observations of repeat-expansion RNA condensates

  1. Combined CONDENSE-MT results of CAG condensates across RNA concentrations, number of CAG repeats and MgCl2 concentration. All experiments were recorded in presence of agarose 0.5% (w/v) and at 55 °C. Physical parameters of the agarose meshwork, in absence of RNA, at two different MgCl2 concentrations are given in the first two rows. Fit deviation represents the overall deviation of all experimental datapoints after computational optimization. Individual parameter uncertainties were estimated from the diagonal elements of the variance-covariance matrix resulting from fitting experimental data to the CONDENSE-MT model. Longitudinal relaxation rates of H2O were determined via inversion recovery and held constant during CONDENSE-MT analyses.
