Each violin outlines the kernel density estimate and contains a box which is bound by the interquartile range with an open circle at the media and whiskers that extend up to 1.5 times the interquartile range. Communities are colored by their source and squares represent the replicate used in the main text. Independent of condition, communities from the same replicate are more similar to each other than communities from separate replicates.
