Colors for each Family are defined by Phylum where blue represents Actinobacteria, yellow represents Bacteroidetes, green represents Firmicutes, and red represents Proteobacteria. Each column of subplots pertains to one source community and each row pertains to a condition (increasing in complexity from top to bottom, with single- and then mixed-metabolite conditions).
