Each line represents a single individual, colour coded by species as shown in the legend. The minimum ROH length thresholds shown are: a, 1 kb. b, 10 kb. c, 100 kb and d, 1 Mb. For each individual, the rightmost value of FROH corresponds to the overall genomic inbreeding score obtained when applying the respective ROH length threshold.
