Approximately maximum-likelihood phylogenetic tree of Wood Ljungdahl containing anammox MAGs and reference genomes. The multiple protein sequence alignment from GTDB_TK (5040 positions) was used with the JTT + CAT model, manually rooted with a MAG classified to the sister class Phycisphaerae within the phylum Planctomycetota.
