  1. The table shows the characteristics of the treatment and control group callers. The last column shows the difference in values accompanied by the 95% confidence interval for a two-tailed test of differences in the means or proportions. We see that for nearly all the characteristics, the confidence interval crosses zero, indicating we fail to reject the null of no difference in characteristics between the treatment and control group callers.
