An oscillating sine wave voltage with amplitude of ±10 mV is applied to the gate. The frequency dependent impedance and transconductance c, can be extracted from the gate current and drain current divided by the amplitude of the gate voltage sine wave. The mobility can be extracted by d, fitting a straight line to the ratio of drain current and gate current amplitudes as a function of the inverse frequency.
