Homology-based analysis using M. tuberculosis J37Rv as a model revealed orthologues of genes required for synthesis and export of mycolic acid in G. amarae and G. pseudoamarae species sequenced here, and seven additional Gordonia spp. Green shaded cells represent genes for which orthologues were identified.
