Intracellular abundance of dCTP (A), dCMP (B), dUTP (C), and dUMP (D) of WT and ΔavcD V. cholerae during spectinomycin treatment (200 μg/mL) measured by UPLC-MS/MS. Data represent the mean ± SEM of three biological replicate cultures. No statistically significant differences in nucleotide concentrations were observed between strains at any time point as determined by Two-way ANOVA with Two-way ANOVA with Å Ãdák’s multiple-comparison test.
