Many metabolites are more abundant in the gut on Day 6 than on Day 0 after emergence. Significantly less and more abundant metabolites on Day 6 are shown and annotated in blue and orange, respectively, with isomers and other duplications removed. Adjusted significance values were calculated using two-sided Wilcoxon rank sum test with BH correction, using the day zero conditions as a reference (Day 0: n = 8; Day 6: n = 8).
