Cerebral organoids differentiated for 45 days were mock-infected or infected for 10 days with SARS-CoV-2 at 105 pfu or 106 pfu per organoid and processed for single-organoid differential proteomics comparing infected organoids to their non-infected counterparts using nanoLC-MS/MS.
