Both projections use the same future climate scenarios (2090-2100) and pre-industrial baseline (1860) as Fig. 3. White areas indicate that the phytoplankton type does not exist in those regions in either pre-industrially or by end of century. Values of 100% increase indicates an expansion in the geographical range.
