From: Ultrafast X-ray imaging of the light-induced phase transition in VO2
Images taken at the Diamond light source of a similar VO2 sample at 529.5 eV photon energy after repeated exposure to 33 mJ/cm2 excitation. After one exposure (n = 1) the system relaxes to a new domain structure, but repeated exposures (n = 30) to the same fluence do not further change the laser induced domain structure.
