  1. Qubit lifetimes, anharmonicities, and state visibilities are measured at the qubit idle frequencies. One cell in each SAW element is the smallest repeating unit; the SAW aperture is the width measured perpendicular to the SAW propagation direction; the pitch is the center-to-center finger distance, and the metallization ratio is the ratio of finger metal width to gap width. Metallization is 30-nm-thick aluminium, patterned by electron beam lithography lift-off.
