am, Representative immunoblots using antibodies specific for 13 phosphorylation motifs to assess global signalling changes in whole brain lysates of two models. Blots represent three (sleep-deprived) or two (Sleepy) independent experiments. Quantitative analysis of immunoblots of all 14 phosphorylation-motif antibodies is shown in Fig. 1c. n = 12 (S6), 9 (SD6, RS3), 6 (wild-type, Sleepy).
