Sample countries assigned to ‘rest of Africa’ are Angola, Burundi, Cameroon, Comoros, DRC, Ethiopia, Gabon, Kenya, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, Swaziland, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Country outlines were obtained from Global Administrative Areas, version 2.030.
