a, Flow cytometry of TILs isolated from orthotopic tumour xenografts 24 h after intravenous injection of HS T cell products, HER2-CAR T cells and NT control T cells. Xenografts were micro-dissected and TILs were isolated and enriched on a percoll/ficoll gradient. Cells were gated on D3⁺ subset inside a gate of D3⁺CD45⁺.
