The potential interactions were predicted as polar contacts in PyMOL. Interacting residues are shown as sticks. Residue labels are colour-coded based on their location. The apo state has the largest buried surface area (31,610 Å2) which progressively decreases in state 1 (30,960 Å2) and then state 2 (25,340 Å2).
