The calculated molecular masses for CCAN and Cenp-ANuc complexes are (i) CCAN: 543.3 kDa, (ii) CCAN dimer: 1.09 MDa, (iii) Cenp-ANuc: 223 kDa, (iv) (CCAN)1−Cenp-ANuc: 0.766 MDa and (v) (CCAN)2−Cenp-ANuc 1.31 MDa.
