Extended Data Table 2 Annealing sequence of monolayer Bi-2212

From: High-temperature superconductivity in monolayer Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ

  1. This sequence relates to the monolayer Bi-2212 shown in Fig. 6. The as-exfoliated monolayer Bi-2212 (over-doped; \({\varDelta }_{1}=28\pm 1\,\,{\rm{m}}{\rm{e}}{\rm{V}}\)) was annealed under UHV with a base pressure of 1 × 10−10 mbar. The pseudogaps \({\varDelta }_{1}\) were extracted from spatially averaged conductance spectra.
