Sliding window analysis of changes in the patterns of sequence similarity between human SARS-CoV-2, and pangolin and bat coronaviruses as described further in Fig. 2a. Sequence similarity patterns of Bat-CoV (RaTG13) and Guangxi pangolin-CoV are shown in this figure but not in Fig. 2a.
