In total, 1,029 phage contigs with at least 10 open-reading frames were used in this analysis. Of 1,029 contigs, 233 were predicted to be lytic and 794 were predicted to be temperate. Probability values obtained from PHACTS were standardized between −1 and 1, which was presented as a probability to be lytic or temperate.
