a, b, C57BL/6J mice (n = 10/group) were immunized at weeks 0 and 4 with (a) 0.4, 2, or 10 μg of MERS-CoV S-2P_TM (red) or MERS S-2P_secreted (red hashed) or (b) 0.016 μg, 0.08 μg, or 0.4 μg of MERS-CoV S(2P) or MERS-CoV S WT_TM (black) mRNA. Sera were collected 4 weeks post-boost and assessed for neutralizing antibodies against MERS-CoV m35c4 pseudovirus.
