From: Near-perfect photon utilization in an air-bridge thermophotovoltaic cell

  1. Calculated OOB power reflectance integrating light over angles of incidence from 0° to 30°, in the air-bridge TPV cell for various air cavity thicknesses when operated using a 1,455-K blackbody source. The maximum power reflectance is 98.7% when air cavity thickness is about 600–800 nm.
