Shown is the log2-transformed fold change (Log2FC) in TPM detected in human lung tissues from LoM at 2 (n = 2), 6 (n = 3) and 14 (n = 3) days after exposure to SARS-CoV-2, compared to naive control mice (n = 4). P values were calculated in DESeq2 using a two-sided Wald’s test and adjusted for multiple testing using a false discovery rate. For samples marked not applicable (N/A), DESeq2 could not calculate a P value owing to sample size or the variance between samples. n, number of biologically independent lung tissues analysed.
